Cool Car- Non alfa content

Ok, time to brag for me....

Earlier today, the car I've been working on for the past 2 1/2 years was
officialy introduced to the public in Geneva.

The car- Aston Martin DB7 Vantage. With a 420 hp V12 that was developed
here at Ford. Pretty nice engine we did here... Officialy, the car will
do more than 180 mph, and 0-60mph in less than 5 sec.

For those of you with a good memory, this is why I've been over to England
a few times over the last couple of years... But the most fun trip I was on
was last winter when we did some traction control testing. BIG sheets of
ice, with some pavement mixed in, 400hp- can you say fun?!? The best part
was at the end of the testing, we took one of the cars onto the 300ft ice
circle, turned traction control off, and tried to go as many times around
SIDEWAYS as we could. I learned a lot about driving that day.

Even in a big company, it sure is nice sometimes to be an enthusiest for what
you work on.

Anyway, that was my big news. The cool thing for me is to REALLY be able to
compete with Ferarri, and be a better car in some ways. And the car is
SO nice to look at, even after 2.5 years, I still think it is a lovely car.

Sorry for those who are not interested, but I was going to BURST if I had to
wait to share this with fellow enthusiests much longer.
