Mine has 85K and still going.  It whines in reverse sometimes.

Check the fluid level by sliding the switch at the upper left corner
of the Alfa Display when the car is warm and on a straight level.  If
the light turns, the the fluid level is OK, otherwise need filling.
Adding fluid is another story.
