Jay;

1.  Your battery is too low
2.  Are you getting 12V at terminal #39 or #36 at AFM?
3.  Is timing correct? i.e. rotor points to lead of plug #1 when other 
timing marks are lined up

If the answer to #2 is no, check the fuses if all OK, unplug & plug back 
harnesses going to boxes on wall of passenger side where the inside 
light is mounted.  Pull cover toward seat to access these relays.
