Windshield Washer Motor - '88 Spider

Windshield washer motor quit working the other day.

First checked the contacts, definitely needed cleaning up - no workie.  
Checked the ground, pulled the screw, cleaned it all up - still no
workie.

I have a 12 V power supply that carries 3A, put that on the motor -
workie.

Checked voltaage of contacts - 12 V

Reconnected contacts to motor, checked amperage - 0.17A (no workie)

Am I now down to the column switch?

Is there connector, perhaps underdash, that I need to check?

Ideas appreciated.
