Welty update

This past week the Nation's Bank commercial account was opened in the
ficticious name of The Welty Digest Fund.

I will update the Welty page as soon as possible for the international
members, but I am currently operating without a mouse, which is a bear!

The bank says they can handle a wire transfer, and also a regular check
in your local currency. The local check in your currency will cause a
charge of $5 USD to the account, for conversion,so please keep this in
mind when making out the amount.

Please do which ever is cheapest for you. If using the local currency
check, mail it to the address on the Welty page.
