Replacement cams for V6

Ok, 
        I am looking to upgrade my Milano's (and later GTV6) with a higher
performance cam.  I know of the S cams, talked to AR Ricambi and they have
reground cams that are equivalent to the s cams, and Scott Goodwin spoke of
Sperry's offering of a hotter reground cam.  
        Am I missing anyone else's offering?

By the by, I just ordered the Corsa front bumper for the Milano..  I decided
against the full Evo body kit and am using the difference to buy cams!   I
keep you posted.
