Milano/75 door open sensors

Since I purchased it, my verde has often had the "door open" light come on, 
even though the door is closed properly.  It typically goes off after a few 
minutes of driving.

I've tried several times to figure out where the closed sensor is, but can't 
seem to find it.  Is it integral to the lock mechanism?

Advice, please.
