Today the drivers side seatbelt got stuck somehow and will not withdraw
or come out.  How do I fix this problem?  Has anyone encountered this
before?

Moreover, my overheating warning lamp is now flickering off an on.  I
replaced this device about two months ago.  Wires are tight.  What else
should I check?

Please advise.
