A rather sad GTV in Portland, OR

Howdy,

I just got back from Portland, OR, where I managed to survive this
year's holiday stress.  While there, I noticed a 69 GTV that was
broken down on N.W. Everett around 12th or so.  There was a sign in
the window saying that the car was "frozen" and a tow truck was on its
way.  However it was there for a couple of days.  Is the owner on the
list?  Did the car make it home?  Would that I could have done
something...
