motor mounts on 79 spider

I have a friend who asked if I could change his motor mounts on an 79
spider.  I have changed the mounts on 87 and vowed never to do it again,
but on the 79 it seems that it would be easier.  Am I correct to assume it
is easier on the 79 and what is the procedure?  I think I can just remove
the air intake box.  ANy help would be appreciated.
