105 Lower arm torque

What's the correct torque for the four M10 bolts that hold the lower
wishbone spindle to the main crossmember on the front of a 105?

My Brooklands manual says 40.5 to 42.7 lbft (which seems sensible), but the
CRH says 94 to 130 lbft (which seems excessive for M10!).
