The jack is pretty heavy and somewhat awkward to ship -- It's tough to
believe that APE in Hayward, CA doesn't have one (and it would be at
least somewhat local!)

As far as the owner's manual goes, the most cost effective way to get
that is to get the CarDisk CD for the series 2 Spider.  Their address is
CarDisk@domain.elided (I think).
