164 Suspension/tires - advice needed

I got asked some questions last night about setting up a 164. The car is a
24 valve QV with electronic-select suspension that allows switching to
"sport" mode. Apparently the car has been lowered by the po and exhibits
huge amounts of bump-steer. Castor is out to max useable, and it runs toe
out at the moment (will change to zero). Wheels are 16" Speedline and tyres
225-50 PZero near the end of their short life.

Can anyone advise on which suspension settings and tyres will work on this
car? Irealize that there are many variables but at least it will be
astarting point.

Les - not a fan of front-wheel drives ..... except for the Mini Cooper.
