HELP, need early 105 rear Ate brake caliper

Last night, I was checking the rear pads and bleeding the brakes, when
I did one wheel with the pads out. (It was getting late). Both
pistons went all the way out. I managed to get the inner back in ok,
but the outer jammed and I couldn't get it back in. In the process, I
tore the boot. So, I need to either free this piston up (probably
cocked a little) and rebuild or get a replacement.

Checking catalogs indicates that the 65-67 is different than 68 on.
So, I can't use a newer one. IAP lists kits, but no complete
calipers.

Does anyone have a good/rebuildable Right rear early 105 Ate caliper
to spare? (My car is a 67 GT Junior).

Thanks,
