This edition of the CRH has been sold out.  A 3rd edition may be offered
in the near future, if so, you will be notified via the Digest .
Everyone that has placed an order will receive his volume, but should
wait for further instructions which will be sent directly via e-mail. As
of Sat 7 Nov, we will not accept any additional orders.
