CORRECTION: Slater, not Hull

In my note on 1750s and fuel grades I said that Luigi Fusi and Peter Hull had
written the small book on the 1750. It was Luigi Fusi and Roy Slater, who had
been Hull's co-author on the first great history of Alfa Romeo. Sorry.
