Steering Response - Technical

not Alfa specific,

I just read an article in R&T. I think the article was titled
something like what gave BMW M cars such great steering response. It
went in and discussed a little in detail... but ... I couldn't
understand much from the article. I got the part about "front steer",
and how the bushings become underload and compensate the steering to
result a more neutral steering, however, couldn't understand the part
it talked about some angle, contact patch, and some of the
terminologies that escaped my mind now.

Had anyone read the article can share some wisdom?
