Powder coating with small appliances (minimal Alfa content)

John Herzman wrote, quoting the Eastwood catalog:

"all you need is a compressed air source (10 psi
from a
portable tank with a regulator or a compressor) and an electric oven or
a
toaster-oven." Toaster oven? TOASTER OVEN?

Yes, it's the wave of the future. Eastwood will soon announce a body
solder that can be applied with the aid of a steam iron (set on
"linen"), and a clamp-on pump that lets you use an ordinary toilet as
a parts-cleaning tank. "Out of the garage and into the house!" is the
motto. The idea, of course, is to allow the family gearhead's
activities to be shared with Mom and the kids, instead of taking place
out in a lonely, drafty garage. And with the stylish new coffee table
from Sharper Image that opens up to reveal a foldout engine stand and
integrated air-tools center, Dad can rebuild his Alfa engine while he
watches "Frasier" with the gang.

I can hardly wait.

Will Owen
