head removal problems

don't forget the two bolts on the front of the head
accessed from underneath.

straddle the engine standing on the wheel arches
on either side (put something protective on the 
paint) and pull <straight up>.  if you cock the head
at all, it'll bind on the studs.  

to repeat the previous advice, make sure you don't
budge the liners.
