Spider motor mounts...

It is NOT necessary to remove the intake to do the right hand MM on a
Bosch injected Spider. Working from the bottom, take loose the idler arm
assembly from the body, remove the starter (after disconnecting the
battery first...), remove the vertical stay rod at two points on the
manifold and one through the motor mount. Working from the top, remove
the coolant overflow bottle and the throttle linkage bellcrank assembly
(don't forget to hook the ground strap up again as you put it back
together), take the three nuts and washers off the side of the engine,
take out the upper bolt on the crossmember and take loose the lower nut,
and PRESTO, place a lift under the right front side of the oil pan and
pull the old mount down and back...Easy! (course I do charge three or
four hours to do all this, that's if everything goes alright...)-Peter
