    Can any one advise on whether I should try to buy a replacement
compressor for my 3.0l US Spec 1991 164L while I'm in Germany for
business next week?

Firts issue is of course getting the right part.
Second is cost - can I get one any cheaper there?
Third is "in stock" parts - any European digest memebrs reading this who
have an insight
    into whether I'm wasting my time because it'll take 4 weeks to get
one delivered, I'd
    appreciate your comments.
