Shankle oil cooler on a GTV6/ Milano?

Hi:
I'm considering ordering the Shankle oil cooler kit from ARicambi and would
appreciate hearing from people who have bought this item - specifically,
will this work on an air conditioned car?  My GTV6 has been fitted with a
Milano compressor - and has the tropic-air added second evaporator so the
area near the oil filter is quite ... busy....
