re: Alfa 33 16v v. P4 v 8v

Like Lucas said because of the 4 wd the P4 should be the heavier car and
therefore the slower one.
But if you are looking for traction it should be a very good car.It all
depends on the way you want to drive.
If you are looking for low down torque the 8v is the better car in every
day use compared to the 16v models.
If you are looking for top end speed and stand still acceleration the
16v is the one to have.
The criticism on the 16v is that the power cannot easily be put down on
the road so therefore the P4 should
be the better every day 16v model.
In terms of speed they are more or less similar. In theory the 16v is
the fastest model but only when sprinting.
The 8v should keep up when accelerating in gear and the P4 cannot be
beaten when accelerating out of a
corner.

Hope this keeps every 8v, 16v and P4 owner happy.
