Re: Spider cooling, update

The good Alfisti listers suggested:
   - thermostat
   - plugged radiator
   - head gasket
   - timing
   - temp sender

This weekend I replaced the thermostat ($19.75 + $5 s&h from International
Auto Parts) and in while I was doing that I found evidence of the more
likely root cause: oil in my catch tank.

So, most likely I've got a head gasket failure. I'll start with a
re-torque just because it's quick to do, but I'm not expecting a lot.
It's probably time to install that head gasket I bought five years
ago as an amulet to ward off evil head gasket demons.

Thanks to all digesti. I'll follow up when I get there.

Cheers,
andy
