Alfetta steering wheel horn button inserts.

Does anyone know a source for the three button inserts (silver
rectangles with silver spring loaded rocker arms) on the alfetta wood
steering wheel?  I've seen several of the wheels, but have only seen one
still installed on the original vehicle which happened to be a '76
Alfetta.  The wheel may have been used on other models and during other
years.  TIA.
