Alfas in music

In about 1970, I remember hearing a punk rock tune on the local alternative
rock station in Nashville. It was called "You Are Alfa Romeo" and was
performed by a group called the Dangerous Birds. Has anyone out there ever
heard of this tune or this group? Since I was seriously ill at the time; could
I have been hallucinating? Was my Alfaholism already firmly entrenched at the
tender age of nineteen?
