John, 

You would prefer all right hand thread studs like Alfa did on the
Spiders after 1975, right?  The easy to do it is to buy replacemant 105
series hubs (in front) and half shaft (in back).  This is (effectively)
how I did it to my '69 1750 GTV.  Very simple.

Don't fool with 116 series parts as the stud spacing is a different
diameter than the 105 spacing.
