[alfa] One Hand Can't Clap

That's the name of a 2003 Czech movie featuring an '80s Spider, to which I
was subjected last saturday. My daughter is helping organize the European
Union Film Festival in Ottawa

One of the anti-heroes steals the Spider. It won't start, but rolls into a
lamp standard, causing the other anti-hero to fall off a dam. At least it
looked as if they hadn't damaged the car

Please note this is NOT a film recommendation. The capsule summary compares
it to early Coen Bros. I'd have said Dumb and Dumber was closer to the
mark. If you want a good film, but without Alfa Content, go for the first
half of this double-bill: Open Hearts, 2002, Denmark
