There is a person on alfabb.com (look in the classifieds section). He
has the complete Autronic SM2 EFI kit (harness, ECU, sensors) for the
164 V6 from his 164S Turbo.  You might want to contact him. The
Motronic won't be any good for the turbo setup. Also, you may as well
get the turbo from him, the stock 2.0 turbo is probably too small for
the 3.0.
