Rod,

The 1750s were introduced in Europe in 1968 with Weber carbs. No Alfas were imported to the US that year due to emissions requirements. Spica equipped cars began to be imported in '69 but the European cars retained the Webers. The first GT Jr.s were 1300cc and retained the single headlight/step nose design from the Giulia coupes. I'm not aware of any 1600 Jr.s.
