[alfa] Brake booster vacuum valve

The vacuum vavlve fitted to the Alfa Romeo is a pretty generic part.  It is
slaos used on the Fiat & Lancia version fitted with the ATE booster.  The same
part is also used on some of the VW Golf/Audi using the ATE booster.

It is available here from the Fiat agents for about $10, I just bought one for
my Fiat Uno Turbo, but you should be able to find one in virtually any
breakers yard.
