[alfa] What kind of engine is this?



Lotus 4 cyl. don't have the set of acorn nuts in the center, just at each end
of the cam, and the oil cap is rear exhaust side, but the shape is right,  I
don't think it's a Lotus, But all Alfa engines From that era have the single
stud at the cam bearing cap, to hold the cam cover in place, 2600 and Montreal
included, the "nut" has changed from knurled to the shape that uses a 17 mm
wrench, and if it is an ALFA where is the coolant "log" that sits above the
intake ports on the cast intake manifold? The two acorn nuts at each
attachment point is just "wrong" and looks more like a Maserati setup, but
it's a 4 cyl.
