Re: [alfa] Starter solenoid or starter relay

Bruce's Parts Bin sells a starter relay kit that works perfectly for this application. I was having starting issues with my starter cutting out during cranking on my '73 Spider since too much current is being drawn to power the Spica cold start solenoid AND the starter relay.
Bruce's part waires in easily and was < $30. Not sure this will solve your problem, but it should be done anyway. Let the igntion switch power the cold start solenoid and this additional starter relay. It solved my starting issues permanently.
