[alfa] Alfa Bill and my experience

After reading the post on Alfa Bill, I feel obligated to throw my 2 cents
in.....
I live in El Salvador and over the years, I've run into a few problems with my
1995 164 Super. The dealer in-country doesn't really carry a large parts
inventory and when it does have a part I've needed, I have paid dearly for it.
For some time now, I've asked Bill for help and advice in fixing some of the
problems with my car and in every occasion, he has promptly responded to my
questions with good advice and excellent service. I've never questioned his
prices for I consider him an honorouable member of this community and he has
always been helpful in any way he can. Most vendors will not even accept my
credit card purchases because I live outside the US. Not Bill, he trusts me
and we have conducted business this way with him for a number of years. I wish
everyone I have to deal with when in need of anything was this responsive and
helpful.
