Aren't you somewhere on the west coast of Florida? The name escapes me just now, but there's a custom A/C shop in Tampa (on Henderson, I think) that is nationally known for fitting A/C to classic cars that weren't originally so equipped, and they also cater to the hot rod crowd. That might be a good place to start, and they may know of a bolt-on swap for the old York compressor from your GTV. Try a google or verizon super pages search, and I'll bet you locate them quickly.
