[alfa] donut band

David asked about the metal band around a new 105/115 donut. The band is
there to compress the donut for installation; without it, getting the bolts
to line up with the holes can be difficult. Cut the band off after
everything is tightened up and before you drive it.

If your donut doesn't have a band on it, you can use the hexagonal Alfa
factory clamp tool to compress the donut, or a large hose clamp, which works
great.
