[alfa] fluid in booster

On a 69 or earlier 105/115 cars with the Bonaldi/Benditalia booster separate
from the MC (or late RHD cars), fluid in the booster indicates that the
seals within the hydraulic part of the booster (the part that looks like an
MC, not the large diaphragm) have failed. You are probably best off
rebuilding the whole booster, including the seals in the hydraulic part and
air valve, new booster diaphragm, and new air valve. Or complete new
boosters are available from the usual parts places. These boosters, unlike
Lockheed, do rebuild OK, but it's not what I'd call fun. The plastic spacers
and distances pieces can perish from years of fluid, and the rebuild kits
I've used didn't come with new ones. Plus you have two boosters to do.
