[alfa] 164 Q4 technical documentation

In electronic form, I just acquired "Informations- und Arbeits-Unterlagen", an 80-page training manual for German mechanics issued when the 164 Q4 was introduced in Germany in early 1994. It has some interesting information about the Viscomatic system and the Motronic M 3.7 system (obviously all of it in German).
