[alfa] Calif. Mille viewing

The participants in the California Mille tour will be arriving and showing
their cars on Sunday April 25th outside the Fairmont Hotel on Nob Hill in San
Francisco prior to the start of the "race". Usually around 50 or so exotic and
some very rare vehicles will be there plus another twenty or thirty
non-participating classic cars on display around the Pacific Union Club. You will see
some awesome and magnificent vehicles plus have the opportunity to chat with the
drivers, many of whom are A.R.A. and A.R.O.C. members. Moreso, the sound of
some of these cars is awesome and you will hear plenty of them being tested and
checked out. It is well worth going to see and plan to be there around 11.00
am. or so. You might also allow half an hour to find a parking spot nearby!
Forget the Half Moon Bay Show as this is far better.
Likewise the day before, Saturday the 24th., the Giulietta 50th anniversary
tour will be having it's after-tour show in Sausalito from 9 to 3.00. This
also would be worth going to.
